Most items of furniture will require specialist handling to make sure they reach you in perfect condition. These items will be sent via specialist carriers, typically a two-man service, and you will be contacted directly by the courier to arrange a mutually convenient day for delivery. Delivery timescales are currently 10-28 days. If an item is out of stock then lead times may be longer and we will contact you straight away in this regard.
Please ensure you have measured your space prior to delivery to make sure the item will fit into your property. Also check there is adequate access to enable the safe delivery of your item – Primrose & Plum cannot accept any responsibility for items that do not fit into a property and there will be a handling and return fee charged in such instances.
Standard parcels delivered outside of the mainland in the UK fall within strict weight and size parameters. We are happy to provide a quote for deliveries outside of the Mainland, i.e. Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands, so please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
We are currently unable to send mirrors and large furniture outside of the mainland UK, however we are happy for customers to arrange their own shipping or collection for such items.
We currently do not ship internationally but we are happy for customers to arrange their own shipping or collection. Any deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you straight away.
We want you to be delighted with the products you receive from us but understand that for a variety of reasons something may not be quite right.
If you wish to return an item to us, please email us at email@example.com detailing your order number and reason for return and we will aim to respond within 24 hours. Pleae ensure you contact us regarding any return within 30 days of receipt.
Please return your item to us unused, with its original packaging and wrapped as securely as possible. As we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit to us, we strongly recommend that you use an insured and tracked delivery service for your returns and always obtain proof of postage. All items are thoroughly checked before authorising a refund so please ensure they are returned to us as received.
If you decide to return a mirror or furniture, you are responsible for the return cost and the item must be returned in the original packaging and box otherwise it will not be refunded. Such items cannot be returned via a standard carrier and we are happy to assist with a quote if you would like us to arrange a collection which will then be deducted from any refund.
We take care to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition, however, if something is damaged or faulty when it arrives, please e-mail us within 48 hours.
We are sorry but we are unable to refund either original or return postage charges unless the items are damaged or faulty.
On receipt of your returns, we will process your refund as soon as possible using your original method of payment.
