We endeavour to keep our delivery charges as low as possible and will dispatch your order as quickly as we can, however, we suggest you currently allow 5-10 working days for standard delivery. Next Day and Saturday deliveries are available to most areas provided the item is in stock for immediate dispatch, so please select your preferred delivery method at Checkout. Most items of furniture will require specialist handling to make sure they reach you in perfect condition. These items will be sent via specialist carriers, typically a two-man service, and you will be contacted directly by the courier to arrange a mutually convenient day for delivery. Delivery timescales are currently 10-28 days. If an item is out of stock then lead times may be longer and we will contact you straight away in this regard.
Please ensure you have measured your space prior to delivery to make sure the item will fit into your property. Also check there is adequate access to enable the safe delivery of your item – Primrose & Plum cannot accept any responsibility for items that do not fit into a property and there will be a handling and return fee charged in such instances.
Standard parcels delivered outside of the mainland in the UK fall within strict weight and size parameters. If a parcel falls outside of these restrictions then we reserve the right to increase the delivery price and will contact you directly in the first instance. We have introduced a ‘Small Packet’ delivery charge for small parcels to these areas which will be dispatched via Royal Mail.
We are currently unable to send mirrors and large furniture outside of the mainland UK, however we are happy for customers to arrange their own shipping or collection for such items.
We currently do not ship internationally but we are happy for customers to arrange their own shipping or collection. Any deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you straight away.
We want you to be delighted with the products you receive from us but understand that for a variety of reasons something may not be quite right.
If you wish to return an item to us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing your order number and reason for return and we will aim to respond within 24 hours. Pleae ensure you contact us regarding any return within 30 days of receipt.
Please return your item to us unused, with its original packaging and wrapped as securely as possible. As we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit to us, we strongly recommend that you use an insured and tracked delivery service for your returns and always obtain proof of postage.
We take care to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition, however, if something is damaged or faulty when it arrives, please e-mail us within 48 hours.
We are sorry but we are unable to refund either original or return postage charges unless the items are damaged or faulty.
On receipt of your returns, we will process your refund as soon as possible using your original method of payment.
