Ordering And Tracking
We've tried to make our ordering process as simple as possible. You can order online or by phone if you prefer.
To order on our website, simply select your chosen products and click “Add To Basket”. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to Checkout where we will ask you to confirm your order details, delivery address, enter any promotion or gift voucher codes and your preferred payment method. You will still be able to edit your basket at Checkout before being taken through to our secure payment page to complete your purchase. Please note that your card will be validated and authorised but we will not take payment until your order is despatched.
Alternatively, you can call us on 01428-643040 between 9.30am and 5pm when we can take your order and payment over the telephone.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we've received your order. As well as a summary of your order details, it will contain a reference number which you will need to use in any communication with us about your order.
To track your order prior to despatch, you will need to set up an account with us. You can find out how to do this in "Opening An Account".
As an account holder, you can access your Account and click on "My Orders" where you can track it's progress. We will send you an e-mail to let you know that order has been sent out.
If you choose to place an order without opening an account, we will send you an e-mail to confirm it's receipt and another when despatched.
