Delivery

We will despatch your order as quickly as possible but suggest you allow 5-7 working days for standard delivery. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to see what you'd like to do.

We keep our delivery charges as reasonable as possible - please select  your preferred delivery method at Checkout.

For Mainland UK (England, Wales & parts of Scotland excluding Highlands & Islands) our charges are:-

Standard: 5.95
Next Working Day (before 5pm):   9.50 Orders will need to be placed before 12.00 noon.

STANDARD DELIVERIES: Most of our standard deliveries will be by our courier Interlink Express. You will receive either an e-mail or text if you have provided us with a mobile phone number to confirm the day of delivery. If the day isn't convenient, you can follow the e-mail or text instructions and manage your delivery on www.interlinkexpress.com . You will receive another e-mail or text on the morning of delivery advising you of your allocated 1 hour time slot so you don't have to wait in all day.

Unless specifically requested, all parcels will need a signature on arrival. If there isn't anyone available to sign for your parcel, our couriers will leave a card with instructions for arranging re-delivery.

If you wish to change the delivery address at this stage or request a Saturday delivery, our courier will charge you an additional fee payable directly to them. If your parcel cannot be delivered or is not collected within 16 days it will be returned to us. If this occurs, we'll refund the cost of the items but will deduct any delivery charges we have incurred.

MIRRORS : Due to the fragile nature of  mirrors, we use a specialist carrier to avoid these delicate items travelling through a standard hub network to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our standard delivery charge of 5.95 applies to the UK Mainland, but please note surcharges will apply to certain UK postcodes outside of the mainland so please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

FURNITURE: Some items of furniture will require specialist handling to make sure they reach you in perfect condition. Where stated our two man delivery service will apply at a cost of 40. Please note surcharges apply to certain UK mainland postcodes where stated. 

Returns

We want you to be delighted with the products you receive from us but understand that for a variety of reasons  something may not be quite right.

If you wish to return an item to us, we ask that you do so within 30 days of receipt enclosing your completed Returns Form.

Please return your item to us unused, with its original packaging and wrapped as securely as possible. As we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit to us, we strongly recommend that you use an insured and tracked delivery service for your returns and always obtain proof of postage. 

We take care to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition, however, if something  is damaged or faulty when it arrives, please e-mail us within 48 hours.

We are sorry but we are unable to refund either original or return postage charges unless the items are damaged or faulty.  

On receipt of your returns, we will process your refund as soon as possible using your original method of payment.
